The Shift In Energy, That Turns This Into A Lifetime Thing.

Have you felt it?
You’ve been working hard; in the gym and building strength, fitness, confidence. You’ve seen change. Your body feels different, your clothes fit different, you can SEE the difference in the mirror.
But there’s also something else. It wasn’t what you set out for and didn’t happen overnight, but it’s there alright. It might not be something you’ve consciously done, but you’ve noticed a gentle shift in language. A change in how you speak about yourself. Less of a hyper fixation on the negative.
These changes might seem smaller and less obvious, but you can’t deny they’re happening too.
You’ve noticed the language you use about yourself change. You don’t instantly resort to self-shaming adjectives or label yourself with cruel words. You recognise your worth outside of your appearance more daily.
You’ve started to walk past mirrors without automatically critiquing your body in some way. You might not love your body appearance (body image is fluctuating after all), but you’ve noticed you can look past that now.
You’ve started to value other personality traits more. You care about your appearance, but it’s the least interesting part of what makes you, you.
You’re able to credit your effort. You know you’re working f**king hard, which deserves recognition and respect.
You’re able to notice smaller wins and find progress in the process. You realise that you’re not where you want to be, but you’re further ahead than when you first started.
Rather than fixating on things like scale weight, how you look in a mirror or the size tag, you can zoom out and appreciate your body for what it has allowed you to do that day. Knowing your value on this planet is more than a number.
You notice yourself instinctively making decisions with less effort. It’s just part of your norm now; to act with respect and inline with your goals.
Sounds good right?
These are just some of the things my VIP clients have said they notice since starting working together. Alongside getting strong as heck, becoming fitter, seeing physical change, they’ve noticed HUGE mental shifts. Couple these things together, they’re a force to be reckoned with.
Because it turns what can easily turn into a very one dimensional and negative pursuit, into a sustainable effort towards self improvement. It takes away that “finish line”. It means that whilst you might set goals with a time frame, you can continue improving. Because it becomes less about reaching the goal. More about the things you learn along the way.
It takes time. It takes patience. It requires us to have more of an understanding, compassionate and self awareness. But once you build momentum, see the change and FEEL IT….
